A clinical review and analysis were made on 14 cases of Talus neck fracture treated at the Deparment of Orthopedic Surgery, Daegu Presbyterian Hospital from January 1966 to May 1973.
1. Among 14 patients, there. wen 11 males and 3 females and the average was 30.5 year old.
2. Moat of the ~ in juries were results of falling accident, and automobile accident which was next in common.
3. Three of the 14 patients were-combined with medial malleoli fracttu^ein the same aide.
4. According to Hawkins, fracture of the neck of the Talus was classified into group j , j , I. Then were. 8, in group j 5 group 1, l;group
5. Author´s modified Blair fusion was . primarily indicated in group j and seven ~ comminuted, ~:. fracture of _group. j ; and also indicated in all avascular_necroticgmup after fracture.
6. Avascular necrosis, degenerative arttai~ infection, . shortening and , equinovarus., deformity wen noted as complication of Talus neck fracture.
